沈锡辉

  个人简介

  沈锡辉,男,1972年11月出生,陕西丹凤人。农业与环境微生物学研究团队学术带头人,旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室学术骨干,西北农林科技大学"青年英才培养计划"首届入选者,2017年获批国家杰出青年科学基金项目。近5年以通讯作者在Nature Communications、PNAS、PLoS Pathogens、mBio、Envrionmental Microbiology等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,其中两篇入选Faculty of 1000,并被NewsRx, Advances in Yersinia Research and Treatment, Front. Cell. Infect. Microbiol., Curr Opin Microbiol.等多次推荐点评。获授权专利3件。曾作为主要研究人员参加国家重大专项,973,863, 国家自然科学基金等项目的研究。任中国微生物学会普通微生物专业委员会委员,国际期刊Frontiers in Microbiology特刊联合编辑及十多个微生物国际期刊审稿人,多次应邀在国际、国内学术会议做大会报告及分会场主旨报告。

  学习经历

1994年获西北农业大学(现西北农林科技大学)农学系遗传育种专业学士学位

1997年获西北农业大学基础科学系生物化学专业硕士学位

2005年在中科院微生物所获微生物学博士学位

 工作经历

2005-2008年为美国普度大学生物科学系博士后

2008-2010年任中科院武汉病毒所病毒学国家重点实验室副研究员

2010年作为引进人才担任西北农林科技大学生命科学学院教授、博导

  研究方向

  沈锡辉教授主要从事农业与环境微生物学研究,在细菌六型分泌系统的功能研究及效应蛋白鉴定、细菌生物膜形成及运动性调控、植物内共生微生物组及其对农作物的促生抗旱功能研究、芳香化合物降解机制等方面取得了比较突出的成绩, 包括 1)首次发现细菌六型分泌系统的离子转运功能,率先报道了一类离子结合型T6SS效应蛋白在离子转运和细菌抗环境胁迫及宿主营养免疫中发挥重要作用;2)以谷氨酸棒杆菌为模型系统揭示了分枝硫醇在细菌抗多重环境胁迫中的多样化作用机制;3)发现细菌鞭毛三型分泌系统伴侣蛋白FliS通过与FlgM相互作用而抑制其分泌,进而影响细菌鞭毛系统基因表达调控,从而揭示了鞭毛系统基因表达的关闭机制。
