　　报告人简介：

　　Daniel P. Ames博士现为美国Brigham Young大学土木与环境工程系副教授，美国土木工程师协会（ASCE）会员，美国水资源协会（AWRA）会员。主要研究领域包括水信息学、水文与水资源计算科学、数据库与建模等。目前已在《Environmental Modelling & Software》、《Journal of Geographic Information System》、《Journal of Water Resources PLanning and Mangement》、《Journal of  Hydroinformatics》等期刊发表学术论文20余篇，参与编著书籍15部，开发软件6部。现为《International Environmental Modelling and Software Society》期刊顾问，《Journal of Environmental Modelling and Software》期刊编委，此外还是《Journal of the American Water Resources Association》、《Computers and Geosciences》、《Journal of Hydrology》、《Advances in Water Resources》等期刊的审稿专家。
