　　孙丽英，女，西北农林科技大学植物保护学院教授，博士研究生导师。1992-96年在内蒙古农业大学学习，获园艺学本科，2000-03年在中国农业大学学习，获得农学与生物技术学硕士学位。2004年就读于日本冈山大学，从事植物与微生物互作研究，2007年获得理学博士学位。2008年就职于浙江省农业科学院，病毒学与生物技术研究所，从事小麦病毒病的研究工作。2014年10月作为高层次引进人才入职西北农林科技大学植物保护学院，聘为教授，博士生导师。孙教授自2000年开始先后针对侵染植物、真菌的RNA病毒开展了一系列的科学研究，在国内外专业期刊发表论文43篇，首次发现了植物病毒在植物和植物病原真菌间侵染和传播，并在实验室证实了“植物病毒跨界侵染病原真菌”的现象，发现了植物病毒传播的新途径。首次发现环状短片段RNA引起病原真菌致病力丧失，发明外施应用技术，有效防止苹果树腐烂病病原菌的侵染，这些研究结果以单独通讯作者发表在国际知名学术期刊Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA （2017， 2019）。应邀撰写病毒百科全书第4版（病毒的跨界侵染部分）。2018年1月应邀担任Frontiers in Microbiology杂志编委，Frontiers in Fungal virus research专栏主编。

　　Introduction of Speaker:

　　Dr. Sun Liying is a  professor of the College of Plant Protection, Northwest A&F University. Dr. Sun received her bachelor’s degree from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University in 1996 and master’s degree from China Agricultural University in 2003.  In 2007, she received PhD from Okayama University, Japan. From 2008 to 2013, Dr. Sun worked in Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She joined Northwest A&F University in 2014.

　　Dr. Sun is employed as a “High Level Introduction of Talent Researcher” in Northwest A&F University. Since 2000, her researches have been focused on RNA viruses infecting plants and fungi, and 43 papers have been published in scientific journals. One of her important findings is the horizontal transfer of plant viruses between plans and plant pathogenic fungi. For the first time the phenomenon of cross-kingdom plant virus infection was reported. Another finding is that plant viroids can infect and cause the loss of virulence of pathogenic fungi, and the external application of viroids to effectively inhibit the infection of apple tree rot pathogens. The results of these studies have been published in the internationally renowned academic journal Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA in 2017 and 2019. She have been invited to write the fourth edition of the Virus Encyclopedia for “the cross-kingdom virus infection” section. In January 2018, she was invited to be the editor of the Frontiers in Microbiology journal and editor of the Frontiers in Fungal virus research topic.
